Supporter Patch or year Chevron
A Supporter Patch or year Chevron is available to a District or Club or individual who contributes a minimum of $100.00 (in one increment) to the Foundation. This contribution does not include Fellowship purchases.
With the initial donation, a club or individual will receive the patch (one per year) and each following year that a Supporter Donation is made (with a minimum of $100.00), the District, Club or individual will receive a year chevron patch to place under the Supporter Patch.
